- Drive and contribute to the IP development in the licensing business in Asia territories, by providing the insight of the licensing industry and Japanese anime related trends
- Handle and manage both existing key accounts and new clients on Character and IP business
- Explore the opportunities of bringing IP / character events to Asia territories
- Handle the approval requests from all branches relating to Japanese IPs in licensing & merchandising
- Work closely with overseas principles and clients in managing the approval process related to character licensing, including but not limited to designs, products, events.
- Coordinate the approval of merchandising design and marketing material of the licensing deals, and update the approval status to internal parties and teams
- Aware of all due dates and approval status of brands and deals
- Prepare regular product launch reports and market researches
- Conduct regular meetings with internal parties and teams to increase the transparency and accuracy in the approval process

- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 5 years’ or above experience in Character Licensing Business
- Knowledge in brand licensing would be an advantage
- Knowledge in product manufacturing would be an advantage
- Experience in handling Japanese company account would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Attention to details with strong organizational skills
